Gender Diversity Hiring, Performance & Promotion Analysis Dashboard is a comprehensive tool developed as part of a job simulation by PwC Switzerland on the Forage website. The dashboard is designed to provide insights into the hiring, turnover, performance, and promotion trends within an organization, focusing on gender diversity. It helps in understanding the dynamics of employee demographics, job status changes, and performance ratings across different departments and job levels.

  • Employee Job Status Visualization: Displays the distribution of employees who have left, are newly hired, or are existing employees.

  • Gender Ratio Analysis: A donut chart shows the overall gender distribution within the organization.
